The Cradle of Mamuthones and Issohadores

Mamoiada is home to two important associations that preserve and promote the tradition of the Mamuthones and Issohadores worldwide. You will visit one of the historic locations where costumes, instruments, and accessories for masquerading are kept. Together with the guide, you will discover the history and tradition of the masks, also through the viewing of some unpublished films.
