The Museum of Mediterranean Masks in Mamoiada explores the ancient carnival traditions of Barbagia (Mamoiada - Ottana - Orotelli) of the Italian regions of Friuli, Alto Adige, Basilicata, Calabria and the Mediterranean basin (Greece, Croatia, Slovenia, Spain, Ukraine, Belgium, Bulgaria, Portugal). The exhibition is rich in dioramas, multimedia experiences, video projections, costumes, masks, and documents a cultural heritage that is still alive today.

BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Choose the date and time, select the appropriate ticket type, and proceed with payment. On the day of your visit, go to the ticket office and show your voucher. You do not need to print it; simply show it from your smartphone.
The reduced admission ticket is reserved for groups of at least 15 people, children under 16 years old, visitors over 65 years old, companions of disabled persons, and school groups.
Admission is free (excluding guided tours) for people with disabilities, ICOM members, journalists, licensed tour guides, and residents of Mamoiada. A document is required to verify eligibility for the discount.
No discounts or free admission are offered for additional museum services (guided tours, educational workshops, exhibitions, and events).
